The casual counter-style restaurant is comfortable and spacious and has a friendly staff that will talk you through its in-depth menu. There’s the steamed all-beef, a grilled sausage in a bun, sauerkraut dog, the popular chilidog, tequila jalapeño, a hot link and the ever-popular best-sellers polish and bratwurst. Oh, and let’s not forget the all-American traditional hot dog in a bun. Pair any one of these with a side of chilli, organic potato salad and a draft beer or a glass of wine. Sammy Sausage also serves a full-size chicken salad and a turkey and swiss sandwich.
