Tucked away in a shopping center in East Sacramento Opa Opa is a restaurant that blends Greek and Middle Eastern flavors in a colorful and casual atmosphere. A combination of sit-down meets counter style, Opa Opa creates an environment great for a casual dinner or a quick pick-up meal. The menu pulls together a bevy of dishes from the Mediterranean and the Middle East, including a garlic chicken pita and falafel. Try one of the pita pizzas, souvlaki (another word for kabob) that comes in chicken, lamb, beef and seafood or opt for a grilled leg of lamb flavored with fresh rosemary, olive oil and garlic.
