This busy restaurant at the Roseville Galleria has a friendly staff that will engage in pasta “shop talk” and coerce you into taking full advantage of its complimentary breadbasket. Start dinner with an appetizer of carpaccio (thinly sliced raw beef, shaved grana, capers and wild arugula) and segue into a sizable house salad (romaine, radicchio, cannelloni beans, avocado and Gorgonzola dressing) before the main course arrives. Try the turtei con aragosta (lobster ravioli with a cream sauce,) cannelloni al forno (pasta tubes filled with chicken, spinach, mushrooms) or gnocchi Emilia (potato dumplings with butternut squash). Pizza is served on a thin crust and with toppings ranging from traditional cheese to spicy sausage.
